Key Components
Key components in the Ledger are:
- The Ledger State (click here to learn about the various Ledger States)
- Total Deposits in USD
- Total Assets in USD and CuBit™
- Real Estate Assets in USD and CuBit™
- Liquid Assets in USD and CuBit™
- Key Ratios: The ratios of Liquid Assets to Total Assets and Real Estate Assets to Total Assets.
- Minting Authorization: The total amount of CuBit™ which the CuBitDAO™ has authorized the Administrator to mint without needing permission from the DAO
- Current Minting: The total amount of CuBit™ to-date the Administrator has minted.
- CuBit™ Reserves: The amount of CuBit™ which is available to be issued as receipts for deposits.
- CuBit™ in Circulation: The amount of CuBit™ which has been issued as receipts for deposits.
Exchange Rates
Additionally, the Ledger is used to calculate the USD to CuBit™ Exchange Rate and the CuBit™ USD Redemption Rate. Both of those are used by the Exchange.
Administrative Information
Finally, some administrative information is displayed with the Ledger:
- Updated: The date of the most recent Ledger update.
- DAO Proposals Information: This shows if there are any proposals requiring voting by Members and where they can be found.
- Ledger Audit Information: This shows the date and status of the most recent audit (outside and internal audits)
