Refunds for any informational product are available for 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. In most cases, return of the informational product is irrelevant. If the purchase of the information product included a bonus DirtiDollar (DiD), the current value of the DiD will be deducted from the return. DirtiCoin uses blockchain technology. This makes it impossible to automatically reverse a successfully completed transaction. As soon as DirtiCoin is delivered to your cryptocurrency wallet we have no means to retrieve it. This means there can be no refunds or returns of DirtiCoin. However, depositors, like you, can withdraw or redeem DirtiCoin balances through DirtiCoinMinting, LLC (DCM) according to the terms of the DirtiCoin Depository Agreement. Feel free to contact Deposits@DirtiCoin.com to make arrangements to exchange your DirtiCoin for one of the pre-approved stablecoins.
Our non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are collectors items. Typically each also include the right to a free DirtiDollar (DiD). Any refund or return would also require the return of the bonus DiD. Our refund and returns policy for information products and NFT lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. A refund or exchange for any NFT requires the return of the digital asset. This may be carried out through the use of a smart contract which is purpose-built for the exchange.
The prevailing market value NFT or DirtiCoin delivered to you as a bonus is deducted from your refund. Blockchain products require the execution of smart contracts to fulfill a return. You may keep any bonus information products with our compliments.
Upon receiving your refund request, we will send you an email to notify you. When approved, or rejected, we will notify you. After sending your refund, we will notify you.
We apply your approved refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 calendars days after approval of your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
